Introduction

Welcome to the Teahlab Web sites (the “ Site ”). Through the Site, you have access to a variety of interactive on-line resources, content and services (the “ Content ”). These include: (a) the world's first Integrated Simulator Community; (b) the didactic articles, photos, and videos; (c) the Teahlab Circuit Board and Simulator engine. By accessing or using the Site or the Content provided on or through the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by the following terms and conditions concerning your access to and use of the Site and the Content provided on or through the Site (“ Terms of Use ”) and our Privacy Policy.

As the Web is an evolving medium, we may change the Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy from time to time. Such modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting. Your use of the Site after any such change shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, as modified. Teahlab may change or discontinue any aspect, service or feature of the Site at any time, including, but not limited to, Content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use.

Copyright Ownership

The Site and Content provided on or through the Site are the intellectual property and copyrighted works of Teahlab. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit, the Site or any Content, in whole or in part. All rights, title and interest not expressly granted with respect to the Site and Content provided on or through the Site are reserved. All Content is provided on an “ As Is ” and “ As Available ” basis, and Teahlab reserves the right to terminate the permissions granted to you and your use of the Site and Content at any time. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of the Site's Content will be permitted without the express permission of Teahlab. In the event of any permitted copying, redistribution or publication of copyrighted material, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark legend or copyright notice shall be made. You may not use any trademark or service mark appearing on the Teahlab Site without the prior written consent of the owner of the mark.

Community Guidelines & User Content

You may be given the opportunity to register via an online registration form to create a user account (your “ Account ”) to participate in certain features on the Site such as the Integrated Simulator Community. Teahlab will use the information you provide in accordance with the Teahlab Privacy Policy. By registering you represent and warrant that all information that you provide on the registration form is current, complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information on the Site so that it remains current, complete and accurate.

During the registration process, you may be required to choose a password. You acknowledge and agree that Teahlab may rely on this password to identify you. You are responsible for all use of your Account, regardless of whether you authorized such access or use, and for ensuring that all use of your Account complies fully with the provisions of these Terms of Use.

You may post and submit any content; so long as the content is not illegal, misleading, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or is otherwise injurious to third parties, objectionable, or any form of commercial solicitation or “ spam. ”

You must use a valid email address directed to you (preferably work or school email address), and not impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of your content. The content posted to the site will undergo periodic review, and Teahlab may (but is not obligated to) remove, edit, or respond to such content.

Your License to Teahlab: If you do post content or submit material, you grant Teahlab a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You also grant Teahlab and its sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You promise that you own or control all of the rights to the content that you post, and that your use of the content you supply does not violate Teahlab's Terms of Use. Teahlab takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party. No Soliciting

You agree not to use the Site to advertise, or to solicit anyone to buy or sell, products or services, nor to solicit anyone to make donations of any kind.

No Framing

While we welcome links to the Teahlab Site, let this be clearly understood: NO FRAMING. Without the prior written permission of Teahlab, you may not frame, or make it appear that a third-party site is presenting or endorsing, any of the Content of the Teahlab Site, or incorporate any intellectual property of the Teahlab Site into another website or other service.

Termination of Use

Teahlab may, in its sole discretion, at any time discontinue providing or limit access to the Site, any areas of the Site or Content provided on or through the Site. You agree that Teahlab may, in its sole discretion, at any time, terminate or limit your access to or use of the Site or any Content. Teahlab will terminate or limit your access to or use of the Site if, under appropriate circumstances, you are determined to be a repeat infringer of third party copyright rights. You agree that Teahlab shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination or limitation of your access to or use of the Site or any Content.

Advertisements and Promotions

Teahlab may run advertisements and promotions from third parties on the Site. Your business dealings or correspondence with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers other than Teahlab, and any terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party. Teahlab is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of third-party advertisers on the Site.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

Teahlab exists to help disseminate high-tech electrical engineering knowledge to everyone free of charge. While we work hard to make the Teahlab Site an interesting and enjoyable place to learn, we cannot guarantee that the Site will meet all the requirements of everyone all the time. Please read this Disclaimer carefully before using the Site or any of its Content.
